Old Trinquet of Jávea
Did you know that the name of the restaurant is due to the fact that in the past, just in the same location, the Trinquet de Jávea was located? That is why it is a little corner of the town with a lot of history, which we have wanted to be part of and pay tribute to from the moment we took over the reins of the restaurant.
